New Paltz Barn Rehabilitation

An existing barn on a residential street in the heart of New Paltz needed a full rebuild, but the form and aesthetic of the historic building guided the design for this rebuilt ADU. The new guest space, garage and workshop brings new life and functionality where there had been a crumbling structure.
